Hydraumatic nitrogen Cone Crushers

HN Cone Crusher is the microcomputer based automatic crusher manufactured by Minyu Machinery. This series of crushers are divided into 4 models : Coarse, Short Head, Find and Extra-fine. Every model has different specifications, in order to meet the different needs of different mining factories. Choosing the suitable model can maximize the working efficiency. HN Cone Crusher enable to control and operate essential working process automatically. After powering on, workers just need to input the value of gap, the machine can perform automatically the gap setting between Mantle and Concave, then pressuring the Locking Cylinder, all the preparations are done. The value of gap setting can be seen on the screen. If iron blocks fall into machine by mistake during operation, the Mantle will open to release the blocks, thereby protecting the machine from damage. For the trouble shut down, the Top Frame can raise up by releasing Hydraulic Cylinder, then the big rocks blocking inside the crusher chamber can be cleared away. HN Cone Crusher obviously shorten the time of operation setting and trouble removal, at the same time, the working efficiency improves as well.
	Frame The top and the bottom sections of the frame are securely fastened together by tension bolts. Both sections are made of special cast and heat-treated steel capable of withstanding strong impact during the operations. A rib liner is provided inside the bottom section of the frame to help protect it from wear.

	Electric Hydraulic Adjusting and Lifting Systems The adjustment is quite easy by turning the top shell with the hydraulic rams that rotate. Changeovers of discharge openings are fast, downtime is minimized, and the production requirements are accurately met. For immediate and easier removal of the stuffed materials inside the crushing chamber in case of a power failure, the hydraulic lifting system is there ready to help. There is a locking safety device to ensure the offset keeping the level correct if the clamping pressure should fall. If the pressure hoes down, the top shell lock will stop the rotation.

	Lubrication The external lubrication unit will maintain stable oil supply to the machine for smooth rotation by forced lubrication.

	Safety Device The spring-loaded release system allows any uncrushable material to pass through without causing any damage. The locking device, manual or hydraulic, is to easily secure the crushing clearance. The lubrication unit is interlocked with the main motor for additional safety as a standard equipment.
